亚砷酸氧化菌Sinorhizobium sp.GW3的鉴定与亚砷酸氧化酶基因的分离

2010
In this study, a novel arsenite-oxidizing bacterium GW3 was identified and its arsenite oxidase gene aoxAB was isolated. Based on the morphological, physiological/biochemical characteristics and 16S rRNA gene sequence analyses, this strain was identified as Sinorhizobium sp. GW3. The MIC (Minimum Inhibitory Concentration) for arsenite was 9 mmol/L. This was the first report to isolate full length arsenite oxidase gene including aoxA and aoxB from Sinorhizobium. The aoxA and aoxB of Sinorhizobium sp. GW3 showed 80% and 86% amino acid identities with the aoxA and aoxB of Agrobacterium tumefaciens (ABB51929), respectively.
