Right-Sided Extrapleural Hematoma: An Unusual Presentation of Ruptured Aortic Aneurysm

An unusual radiographic presentation of a ruptured descending thoracic aortic aneurysm is discussed and illustrated with its related anatomy. This case involved a massive hematoma, which was confined entirely to the right posterior extrapleural space.
