Outstanding catalytic performance of semi-hydrogenation of acetylene under front-end process by establishing “hydrogen deficient” phase

One of ionic liquids, [Bmim][Cl], was immobilized to filter the excess hydrogen in the ethylene stream, establishing a reaction environment within liquid phase with relatively stoichiometric balance of reactants to avoid the over-hydrogenation of acetylene during the reaction, thereby obtain the high selectivity of ethylene.
