Research on Distribution Network Planning Method Considering Active Load Reliability Cost

Different loads have different reliability requirements in the modern power system. How to set up the distribution planning model which combines the economic and reliable aspects based on the diversified loads requirements has becoming a researching focus under the circumstance of smart grid. In this paper, the basic feature of the flexible planning of the distribution system in introduced. And the flexible planning model by considering the economic and reliability is built. Moreover, the reliability compensation methods of the different loads are proposed. Furthermore, the evaluation model and the solving algorithm of the built flexible planning model are presented and the different planning schemes are compared by the proposed evaluation model. Finally, the validity of the flexible planning model and the evaluation model are tested by the studying examples.
