The present invention discloses an anti-dislocation bionic artificial lumbar intervertebral disc and connecting the composite, including the vertebral member, the disc member and screws. Vertebral body member having upper and lower surfaces by the deep grooves of the elliptic cylinder configuration, the disc member comprises an arcuate plate and the composite pad L, L arcuate bottom plate consists of protrusions, with cylindrical arcuate plate, cylindrical protrusion terminus with a almost half spherical shell two arcuate protrusions, composite pad is connected to deep grooves elliptic cylinder, sphere half and nearly half spherical shell structure within the material constituting the composite pad cooperating retaining ball and socket joint, the present invention not only can replace spinal operation profusely and adjacent vertebral disc, but also retains the rotary disc, and some flexion damping function, and the entire structure is provided with retaining means, both to ensure the stability of the post, retaining the activity of the lumbar spine, closer to human physiological state in bionics.
