The pediatric counter rotation system (CRS)--an improvement on the Denis Browne splint for post club foot release splinting: a report of two cases.

: Two cases are presented where children in post club foot release splinting programs could not tolerate the traditional Denis Browne splint. A new device, the counter rotation system (CRS), allows the child a remarkable freedom of motion. This device was substituted with successful completion of the splinting program.
