To Create a Learning Organization in China's Nuclear Power Plant

With the rise of the learning organization,enterprises have put forward the idea of creating learning organizations.This paper applied learning organization theory to nuclear power plant construction,analyzed the environment of creating a learning organization in nuclear power plants from the connotation and characteristics of learning organization and the necessity of creating a learning organization,and put forward the path,in order to provide a reference for creating a learning organization in China's nuclear power plants.
