The invention discloses a measurement device for internal vapor pressure of concrete. The measurement device for internal vapor pressure of concrete comprises a pressure sensing tray, a pressure transfer tube and a pressure transmitter, which are hermetically connected in sequence. A cavity enclosed by the pressure sensing tray, the pressure transfer tube and the pressure transmitter is filled with low expansivity fluid filler. A filter plate preventing the low expansivity fluid filler from overflowing is disposed at the end of the pressure sensing tray. When concrete is heated, water in voids of the concrete is vaporized to pressure the filter plate in the pressure sensing tray, the pressure is transmitted to the pressure transmitter through the low expansivity fluid filler inside the pressure transfer tube, the pressure transmitter senses the pressure and converts the same into pressure electrical pressure signals to be processed by an upper computer, and finally, detection on vapor pressure of the concrete is realized. In addition, the measurement device for internal vapor pressure of concrete is simple in structure, easy to mount, and well tight.
