Effects of Monoclonal Antibody Against Adipocyte Specific Membrane Protein on Endocrine Metabolism of Porcine

2005
The effects of monoclonal antibody against adipocyte specific membrane protein on endocrine metabolism of porcine were evaluated in this paper. The results showed that intraperitonealy injected the monoclonal antibody with 0.1,0.5 and (1.0mg)/kg per body weight at body weights 15 and (60kg), contents of serum insulin were lower than control group, and contents of serum T_3,T_4,GH and IGF-I were higher than control group, injected the monoclonal antibody with (1.0mg/kg) per body weight contents of serum insulin,T_3,T_4,GH and IGF-I were different remarkably to control group. The results demonstrated that the monoclonal antibody can regulated endocrine metabolism obviously.
