Dynamics of domain walls (solitons) in ferromagnets in a magnetic field perpendicular to the easy axis
1994
Abstract The effect of a strong magnetic field H , perpendicular to the easy axis of a ferromagnetic, on the motion of a domain wall is investigated. It is shown that the peak velocity of motion v c is defined by various scenarios at weak ( H ≪ H a ) and strong ( H a - H ≪ H a ) magnetic fields, where H a is the anisotropy field. Therefore, the peak velocity V c is a non- monotonous function of the magnetic field, when H ranges from 0 to H a . The character of the DW velocity dependence on the driving field H z was studied.
