Novel benzoic acid derivative in illicium simonsii, preparation method and application thereof and pharmaceutical composition

The invention discloses a novel benzoic acid derivative compound (1) which is extracted from illicium simonsii, a preparation method thereof, a pharmaceutical composition containing the novel benzoic acid derivative and application of the novel benzoic acid derivative in nerve protection medicine, especially cerebral apoplexy. Pharmacological experiments show that the compound disclosed by the invention has nerve protection activity; namely, the compound has good nerve protection activity in a H2O2 injure primary neuron model and a glutamated-induced primary neuron toxicity model.
