Process Measures Used to Improve Nodularity

The reasons causing the nodularity being lower that 90% were analyzed,and various measures to improve nodularity had been tried. At last,it was successful to ensure the nodularity higher than 90% by adopting following measures including:decreasing the S content of base iron melt,conducting pre-treatment of base iron melt,changing nodularizing alloy and inoculating alloy,etc.
