Проблеми використання радіозахисних препаратів: організаційні та наукові аспекти

Accidence issue in peaceful use of nuclear energy, threat of nuclear and radiological terrorism in the world and limited capacity in the treatment of radiation injuries pay attention to pharmacological protection against radiation influence. Article aim is to describe the radio protective medicines which can be used in case of injuries of civilians and military personnel and to define the reasonability of using them as radioprotectors. Methods: аnalytical, historical, logical, systems approach. Results. In this publication it was analyzed existing prophylactic drugs against radiation injuries, legislation in force concerning different categories of workers and public, and also radioprotectors usage in case of increased radiation influence. The necessity of revision of acting legislation due to radiation protection from the aspect of improving of radioprotectors usage was specificated.
