The invention discloses a novel non-return carrier roller comprising a bearing block, a pin shaft, six locking plates, torsion springs, a locking plate base, a connecting ring, an inner hexagonal bolt, a roller leather and a carrier roller shaft. The bearing block, the locking plates and the locking plate base are connected by a pin shaft, the locking plates are arranged between the bearing block and the locking plate base, the bearing block and the locking plate base are fixed by the inner hexagonal bolt, grooves are arranged on the locking plates, the torsion springs are arranged in the grooves of the locking plates, the connecting ring is in key connection with the carrier roller shaft and adopts a ratchet wheel structure, the connecting ring is provided with 24 outer teeth, the locking plates adopt pawl structures, the six locking plates are in asymmetrical distribution, the two adjacent locking plates are separated from each other by 62.5 degrees, one of the two adjacent locking plates are separated form each other by 47.5 degrees. The novel non-return carrier roller is rational in structure, convenient in installation and adjustment, strong in adaptability, safe and reliable, and low in noise, bears large non-return force, and can effectively prevent a belt conveyer from sliding downwards and rotating reversely caused by power failure or the breakage of an adhesive tape, and a conveyer with the novel non-return carrier roller runs more safely and reliably.
