The invention discloses a production process for a disc cutter ring of a tunnel boring machine (TBM) and belongs to the technical field of machining. The technical problems that raw materials are wasted, the cost is high, the environment is polluted and the work efficiency is low in the prior art are solved. The production process comprises the following steps that raw materials are subjected to cutting and blanking, high-temperature heating, die forging forming, trimming processing, annealing processing, quenched-tempered heat treatment and mechanical finishing. According to the production process, a round steel pipe is taken as the raw materials, the raw materials are saved, and the production cost is reduced. A medium-frequency heating furnace is used for heating a workblank material, and low-carbon environmental protection is achieved. The die forging replaces hammer forging, the die forging speed is high, the die forging time is short, the temperature changes are small, generation of microscopic cracks inside the materials is avoided, the performance of the product is improved, and the service life of the product is prolonged. A semi-finished product formed after forging and pressing is trimmed and is formed through one step, labor is saved, and the work efficiency is improved.
