The invention relates to an organic compound with a triazine and benzimidazole core and an application thereof in an OLED device. The compound of the invention has a relatively high glass transition temperature and molecular thermal stability, has low absorption and a high refractive index in visible light domains, and can effectively increase the light extraction efficiency of the OLED device when applied in a CPL layer of the OLED device. The compound of the invention also has a deep HOMO energy level and a high electron mobility, can be used as the material of a hole blocking/electron transport layer of the OLED device, and can effectively block holes or energy transmitted from a light-emitting layer to a side of an electron layer, thereby increasing the composite efficiency of holes and electrons in the light-emitting layer, and so increasing the luminous efficiency and lifetime of the OLED device.
