Yalvaç Teknik Bilimler MYO Öğrencilerinin Cinsiyet ve İş Etiği Algıları Arasındaki İlişkilerin Belirlenmesi

Ozet 1 :Bucalismada, Yalvac Teknik Bilimler MYO ogrencilerinin deontolojik temelde isalgilarinin ve cinsiyet farkliliklarinin bu algi uzerine etkilerininbelirlenmesi hedeflenmistir. Bu kapsamda Yalvac Teknik Bilimler MeslekYuksekokulu’nda okumakta olan ogrencilerle bir anket calismasi yurutulmustur. YalvacTeknik Bilimler Meslek Yuksekokulu Suleyman Demirel Universitesi bunyesindeYalvac ilcesinde egitim ve ogretim faaliyetlerini yurutmektedir. Yuksekokuldafarkli ozelliklerde bircok bolumde egitim ogretim faaliyetleri gerceklestirilmektedir.Bu bolumler; bilgisayar teknolojisi, cevre koruma teknolojileri, elektrikenerjisi, tekstil, giysi, ayakkabi ve deri, elektronik ve otomasyon, mimarirestorasyon, yapi denetimi ve madenciliktir. Bu calismada anket sorulari, Small(1992) ve Khalizani vd. (2011) tarafindan hazirlanmis olan ve ogrencilerde, isetigi belirleme amaciyla olusturulmus olcege gore duzenlenmistir. Anketcalismasi sonucunda toplanan veriler, bilgisayar destekli istatistiksel analizprogrami kullanilarak degerlendirmistir. Ki-Kare yontemi kullanilarakgerceklestirilen analizlerde, ogrencilerin is etigi konusundaki davranis vetutumlari ile cinsiyetleri arasindaki iliskilerin belirlenmesi hedeflenmistir.nOzet 2 :This study aims to determinatethe relationship between gender of vocational high school students’ and perceptionson business ethics. Based on the deontological theory of ethics, a survey wasdesigned, and conducted with Yalvac Vocational School of Technical Science.Yalvac Vocational School of Technical Science located in Suleyman DemirelUniversity in Isparta. Yalvac Vocational School of Technical Science have 9department which are computer technologies, environment protection and control technologies,electrical energy, textiles clothing leather shoes, electronics and automation,architectural restoration, building control and mining. Our survey isconstructed by incorporating previous survey questions and the scales used inSmall (1992) and Khalizani et al. (2011) which focused student’s perceptions ofbusiness ethics. Data collected by the survey (with Google Drive) were analyzedby statistical analyzing software. Significant differences were analyzed byChi-square methods between attitudes and behaviors related to business ethics; durationof education, gender and department separately.n
