Evaluation of Clinical Efficacy of Advanced Platelet Rich Fibrin (A-PRF) in the Management of Gingival Recession Defects - Case Series.

A-PRF along with CAF resulted in statistically significant improvement in all clinical parameters with a 75.94±26.72% of mean root coverage at 6 months and the complete root coverage was obtained in 18 sites (51.42%), indicating that this therapeutic combination may be considered as viable option for management of gingival recession defects.
