간호대학생의 지각된 스트레스와 주관적 행복감과의 관계에서 긍정적 사고의 매개효과

This study was examined to confirm the mediating effects of positive thinking on the relation between stress and subjective happiness in nursing students. Data were collected from a total of 362 nursing students responding to questionnaires in G city. Data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics, Pearson coefficient correlation and hierarchical regression analysis. To examine the mediating effect, the study used sobel test. The findings were as follows. First, Stress negatively effected subjective happiness. Second, stress was negatively effected positive thinking. Third, nursing student’s positive thinking has a partial mediating effect on the relation between stress and subjective happiness. The results indicate a need to develop programs that effectively promote the positive thinking of nursing students to decrease stress and to increase subjective happiness.
