Introduction. In the paper the problem of the economic efficiency assessing of the strate-gies for maintenance the regional radioelectronic complex system, on the example, of cellular network base stations which are placed at considerable distance from the service center is carried out. The description of the typical strategy for maintenance of the base stations cellular net-work. The model construction of process for maintenance of the subsystems of regional radioe-lectronic complex system as a system of differential equations Kolmogorov Chapman. In this paper the cost-effectiveness of maintenance and repair of the subsys-tems of regional radioelectronic complex system is assessed. The obtaining formulas method for calculating the average unit costs, per unit of time spent of regional radioelectronic com-plex system in working condition, which takes into account multi-stage process of mainte-nance, is developed.
