bcl-2、bax和p53在非小細胞肺癌中的表達

2004
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of bcl-2, ban, p53 protein and the clinical pathological characteristics of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods Expressions of bcl-2, ban and p53 protein were detected in 55 NSCLC samples by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rate of bcl-2, bax and p53 protein was 56. 36% (31/55), 63.64% (35/55) and 65.45% (36/55) respectively; The positive rate of bcl-2 in higher differentiation group was significantly higher than that in lower differentiation group (P<0.05). The positive rate of p53 in higher differentiation group was significantly lower than that in lower differentiation group(P<0.05). The positive rate of p53 was related to lymph node metastasis(P<0.05); Positive rate of bcl-2, bax and p53 protein was not related to the pathological type. Conclusion Over-expression of bcl-2, bax and p53 protein may play an important role in the oncogenesis and development of NSCLC.
