Simplified description of slow-in-the-average Markov walks

1991
Abstract The averaging theory for the slow Markov walks is extended to the so called slow-in-the-average Markov processes where the jump vector takes arbitrarily large values with sufficiently small probabilities. The results obtained are important for applications, in particular, communication networks and manufacturing systems.
