Roughening process for base membranes made of IPMC (isopropyl mercuric chlcride) materials
2013
The invention discloses a roughening process for base membranes made of IPMC (isopropyl mercuric chlcride) materials. The roughening process is characterized by comprising the following steps of (1) clipping an IPMC material into a base membrane, adhering the base membrane to a base plate, fixing the periphery of the base membrane by using a frame of which the boundary dimension is the same with that of the frame, and surrounding the inside of the frame and the upper surface of the base membrane into a cavity; (2) uniformly spreading abrasive materials on the upper surface of the base membrane; (3) placing a polishing hammer on the upper surface of the base membrane in the cavity, enabling the lower surface of the hammer head of the polishing hammer to be parallel to the upper surface of the base membrane and to contact with the abrasive materials, repeatedly pulling the hammer head of the polishing hammer by using balanced pressure, and enabling the abrasive materials to scrape the upper surface of the base membrane so as to roughen a single surface of the base membrane; (4) taking out the base membrane, soaking the base membrane by using mixed solution containing ethyl alcohol, and performing ultrasonic treatment on the base membrane; and (5) roughening the other surface of the base membrane according to the step (1), the step (2), the step(3) and the step (4).
