The organic light emitting device and a light source apparatus using the same

An organic light-emitting diode in accordance with the present invention includes: a reflective electrode (102); an organic layer (103) formed on the reflective electrode (102); a transparent electrode (105) formed on the organic layer (103); a transparent resin layer (106) formed on the transparent electrode (105); and an encapsulation glass (108) formed on the transparent resin layer (106). The organic layer (103) includes a light-emitting point (104). Cone- or pyramid-shaped transparent resin structures (102) are provided in the transparent resin layer (106) in such a manner that each of the cone- or pyramid-shaped transparent resin structures (107) splays from the transparent resin layer (106) toward the encapsulation glass (108) in a normal direction of the encapsulation glass (108). A refractive index of the transparent resin layer (106) is 1.3 times or more to 1.6 times or less as high as that of the cone- or pyramid-shaped transparent resin structures (107).
