The shell is provided with a projection opening positioned in an incidence interval from the effective view field range of the acquisition window to the reflecting mirror or positioned in a reflection interval for reflecting incident lights in the effective view field range of the acquisition window by the reflecting mirror, and lights projected by the to-be-recognized images arranged at the acquisition window ejects out of the shell via the projection opening so that virtual images of the to-be-recognized images formed in the reflecting mirror can be observed from the outside of the shell, and arranging positions of the to-be-recognized images at the acquisition window can be determined. According to the image recognition equipment, the arranging positions of the to-be-recognized images can be directly observed from the outside of the shell by human eyes so that the arranging positions can be adjusted accurately and timely, and the recognition of the to-be-recognized images for the image recognition equipment is accomplished.
