The Application of the Three-Way Decision Model Based on the Neighborhood System in the Staff Evaluation

The three-way decision can efficiently process uncertain information. This paper combines the definition of Pawlak rough set neighborhood and decision rough set to propose a three-way decision model based on the concept of neighborhood, and a specific algorithm description is given, and then this model is applied to the comprehensive quality evaluation of enterprise employees. The verification of a large amount of reliable data fully shows that this method can efficiently process and analyze continuous data. Compared with the traditional two-way decision-making, this method has higher accuracy and lower misclassification ability.
