Method and device for closely removing dust of development machine

The invention relates to an enclosed type dust removal method and device for a mechanical boring machine, and the dust removal method comprises the following steps: (1) the front and back parts of the mechanical boring machine or a dig anchor machine are respectively provided with an aspiration leg and a dust removal air blower which are connected by a wind-cone; the dust removal air blower is used for extracting the dust before the tunneling face; (2) an air curtain dust sealing device is arranged before the driver, namely, air current spraying components are arranged around the machine body of the mechanical boring machine or the dig anchor machine and supplied with the compressed air by an underground compressor pipeline through an air supply pipe and a cut-off valve; the air curtain is formed by the sprayed air current in a tunnel to keep off the dust, and the tunneling face is isolated from the driver. The dust removal device consists of the air curtain dust sealing device, the aspiration leg, the wind-cone and the dust removal air blower, wherein, the air curtain dust sealing device consists of the air current spraying components, the cut-off valve and the air supply pipe, the air current spraying components are the flat spray nozzles, namely, air knives. The material object curtain for keeping off the dust on the mechanical boring machine or the dig anchor machine is replaced by the air curtain, which greatly simplifies the dust sealing device, the operation is simple, the maintenance quantity is small, and the device cannot be knocked by the wall of the tunnel. The air curtain does not affect the line of sight or the working space of the driver, and also does not hinder the walking and working of operators.
