Superior Detection of Glucose And H 2 O 2 Of Atomic AU Anchored in g-C 3 n 4 -Graphene Aerogel Synthesized

2021
Probing small biomolecules is useful but needs more reliability. Here, a three-dimensional graphene-g-C3N 4-Au aerogel was synthesized for sensitive and selective detection of biological glucose and H2O2. When the material synthesized works as a positive electrode to probe glucose, low limit of 80 nM and wide linear range from 0.5 μM to 1200 μM were achieved, which is comparable to low limit of 100 nM working as a new matrix of MALDI-TOF MS. Also, as a negative electrode to detect H2O2, low detection limit of 10 nM and wide linear range from 20 nM to 8 mM as well as excellent anti-interference ability were obtained. The strucature of the aerogel of naked and isolated Au atoms anchored on semiconducting g-C3N4 and conductive graphene heterojunction supply with abundant accessible active sites, good surface/light absorption, fast mass transport and matched energy level of the components, which enables effective interface electron transfer between the material and the target molecule detected. This investigation explores the possibility of using one material to probe one target molecule with different methods involving different scientific principles.
