The Clinical Study of WELLS and PESI Score in Predicting These Verity and Prognosis of Patients with Acute Pulmonary Embolism

2013
Objective:To access the value of PESI score and the WELLS score on the patients with acute pulmonary embolism. Methods:This research study from 91cases of kunming medical university first affiliated hospital respiratory medicine, time from June 2009-June 2012,all cases diagnosed by divided into pulmonary embolism group and the group of patients with pulmonary embolism, collect on age, gender, heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, consciousness, breathing rate, blood oxygen saturation, related cardiopulmonary chronic disease, whether merger tumor and lower limb deep vein thrombosis and laboratory and imaging examination, etc information, tracking patients after discharge development condition and the final outcome. In this group of patients with PESI score and WELLS score, analysis of two scoring system for patients with pulmonary embolism risk assessment and prognostic guidance. Results:Between the two groups differences between WELLS score, pulmonary embolism group WELLS score more than pulmonary embolism group high. Will sixty cases diagnosed patients PESI rating and the prognosis of patients with tracking, using Ordinal regression analysis, the results showed that among groups patients survival time differences,P0.05.Conclusion:WELLS rating system for patients with suspected pulmonary embolism diagnosis has good guidance function, but the judge the prognosis of patients with no obvious significance;PESI classification can better judgment with a critical level, the higher the PESI classification, the worse the prognosis of patients.
