In this article we propose the implementation of the Inventory Model EOQ that allows optimizing the inventory policy and increasing the productivity of the company, this model is one of the simplest besides allowing the company to determine the optimal quantity of orders to be made and in The right time to do so, reducing their costs and maintaining a satisfied demand.
