A method for continuous production of high concentrations of co-production of high purity acid sodium hexametaphosphate, which is input through the phosphoric acid and sodium formate while cone blender, mix instant reaction, formic acid generated gas generated mixed materials the distillation pressure drier, to obtain dry compound phosphate after drying distillation; acid generated gas scrubber washing and dewatering proceeds, the spent acid washing, cleaning and dehydration into the condenser, to separate out the formic acid, which control the condensing temperature , high concentrations of acid, non-condensable gases by vacuum extraction; complex phosphate powder produced from the distillation of the effluent automatic dryer, or formulated directly input solution polymerization oven while continuously added industrial phosphoric acid, to obtain high-purity hexametaphosphate sodium phosphate. The present process for producing high efficiency; acidification reactor reduces original process, continuous operation; large plant capacity; acid-free process gas overflow, a good workshop environment; yield, high formic acid concentrations, with good economic and environmental benefit.
