ЦИТОКИНОВЫЙ ПРОФИЛЬ ТКАНЕЙ ПРИ НЕМЕТАСТАТИЧЕСКОМ РАКЕ ЖЕЛУДКА

The development of the tumor process involves the involvement of various functional elements of innate and adaptive immunity. A special role in the reorganization of tissues, changes and evolution of the properties of cancer cells is given to cytokines, the study of the role of which in these processes with various types of neoplasms and, in particular, with nonmetastatic gastric cancer is an urgent task. The aim of the work was to determine the characteristics of the cytokine status in the tissues of patients with non-metastatic gastric cancer. Materials and methods. In the extracts of tumor tissue, perifocal zone, omentum, peritoneum of patients with gastric cancer without metatstases (T3-4aN0-3M0, n = 20, 58.9 ± 9.7 years), the concentration of IL-1P, IL-2, IL -6, IL-8, IL-18, TNF-a, IL-10 and IL-1RA in tumor tissue, the perifocal zone, as well as in the omentum and peritoneum.
