The invention relates to the field of device tests, and particularly relates to a device for a medicine chest anti-shock performance test. The device is characterized in that the device comprises a test frame, a control system, a driving system, a slide rail and a medicine chest fixing device. The slide rail is fixed on the test frame. The medicine chest fixing device is installed on the slide rail and is capable of moving along the slide rail. The driving device is used for driving the medicine chest fixing device to move under the control of the control system. The medicine chest fixing device comprises an upper connecting board and a lower connecting board. The upper connecting board is connected with the lower connecting board through a flexible pulling rope. A medicine chest gesture detecting module, a data communication module and a power supply I are installed on the lower connecting board. The data communication module is connected with the medicine chest gesture detecting module. According to the invention, the actual situation of the medicine chest in an unmanned plane operation process is simulated, gesture information of the medicine chest is measured, the anti-shock performance of the medicine chest is reflected, the operation is convenient, and the screening of medicine chests different in anti-shock performance can be easily performed.
