Discussion on Managing Power Applying and Combusting by Using Statistics Statistical and Computer

There is one problem in power supplying business: the quantity discrepancy between power supplying and selling, which is disturbed by various factors so as to create the uncertainty and undulation and which influences the combusting volume in turnover report. This paper focuses on using mathematical statistics (it includes the shifting average line and "center of gravity" concepts) and computer to solve the former existing problem of uncertain quantitative analysis to eliminate the interference and to attain the authenticity of power combusting.
