Neutrosophic Bipolar Vague Soft Set and Its Application to Decision Making Problems

In this paper we study the concept of neutrosophic bipolar vague soft setsand some of its operations. It is the combination of neutrosophic bipolar vague setsand soft sets.Further we develop a decision making method based on neutrosophic bipolar vague soft set. A numerical example has been shown. Some new operations on neutrosophic bipolar vague soft set havealsobeen designed.
