A “New” Bone Dysplasia with Spinal Compression in a 26 Year Old Man

SUMMARY A 26 year old man presenting with peculiar fades, slight shortening of stature, spinal compression and unusual bone changes is described. Bone changes included unusual shape of the pelvis, generalised narrowing of the spinal canal with large pedicles and shortening of the tubular bones. In the authors' opinion he represents a new entity.
