Experimental study of hemorheology and platelet change on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits

Objective To study the changes of hemorheology and platelet on animal with myocardial ischemic reperfusion,Methods Newzeland rabbits were subjected to total occlusion of left anterior descending ratery for 45 min(LAD) and then followed by reperfusion.Hemorheoloical index and platelet index in LAD group,Sham group and control group were examined.Results Disturbance of hemorheology in LAD group have occurred.LAD group were higher by sham group and control group in hemorhrological index.Hemorheoloical index in sham group and control group were not difference.LAD group were lower by sham group and control group in platelet index.Conclusion Hemorheoloical and platelet index has marked change in the animal with myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury.Microcirculation and hemorheology occurred disturbance.
