The pilot valve adopts a C-shaped semibridge structure, gas of an input end of the semibridge is introduced from a high-pressure gas input end of the main valve; the pilot valve controlled by the proportion electromagnet forms a dynamic gas damper at the input end; an output end of the semibridge is connected with an output end of the pressure reducing valve, and a gas damper with a fixed damping is arranged between the output end of the semibridge and the output end of the pressure reducing valve to form a fixed gas damper at the output end. the gas pressure of a pressure regulating cavity is in a dynamic balancing state under the control of the pilot valve. The utility model only uses only one proportion electromagnet, and the structure is simple; the areas of the both sides of a piston of the pressure regulating cavity are different, which has the action of proportional amplification to output pressure; at the time of the power-fail of the system, the pilot valve and the main valve can both be automatically closed under the actions of a reset spring and gas pressure.
