RELAXATION TIME FOR AN ASSEMBLY OF FERROMAGNETIC NANOPARTICLES UNDER A RANDOMLY ORIENTED MAGNETIC FIELD

An analytical expression of relaxation time for an assembly of weakly interacting ferromagnetic nanoparticles under the influence of a randomly oriented magnetic field is derived. This new expression enables in particular the interpretation of Mossbauer spectra recorded for such system.
