The invention relates to arrangement of a car fuel supply device, in particular to an accelerator pedal dynamic limiting device, a dynamic adjustment method for the maximum fuel supply amount of a combined combustion engine and an accelerator pedal dynamic limiting method. The accelerator pedal dynamic limiting device is located under an accelerator pedal, the lift of the device changes dynamically, and the dynamic change amount of the lift is determined by the dynamic changing amount of a lower stop point of the pedal. The dynamic adjustment method for the maximum fuel supply amount of the combined combustion engine is realized on the limiting device. The limiting device with the lift capable of being dynamically adjusted is arranged under the accelerator pedal and changes the original position of the lower stop point of the accelerator pedal.
