The utility model pertains to the field of electrical appliances (electronic products) and is characterized in that: the utility model comprises an electric current inspection circuit, an amplifying circuit, a comparison circuit, a timed and driving circuit and a relay. The live wire of the electric supply loop is provided with a current mutual inductor whose induced current is commuted into voltage signal which is amplified by the amplifier and then sent to the comparison circuit for voltage comparison. When the electric facility is in hold status, the inspected voltage value is less than the set value of the comparator which rolls back and the timed circuit starts timing; when the time is over the relay is released to cut down the electric power of the electronic facility to save electric power. The utility model has the advantage of compact design of circuit and can realize automatic cut down of electricity of electric appliances by monitoring the load changes of the power supply loop and realize the target of power saving by eliminating the power consumption of hold status of the appliances.
