Simulation Analysis on Stress Field of Multi-track Laser Cladding

The dynamic simulation analysis on the stress field changing with time was achieved,and the results show that,the longitudinal stress of the cladding layer is largest,the horizontal stress is second,and the stress in the thickness direction is least;the center of the cladding layer is in a state of tensile stress and produces a tensile plastic deformation;after coming into plastic state,the stress in horizontal and thickness direction decreases obviously and the stress in longitudinal direction is basically unchanged;for the tensile or compressive plastic deformation,the thermal strain plays a decisive role;by analyzing the generation mechanism of internal stress in powder feeding laser cladding,the center of the cladding layer near the substrate is the most sensitive region,and the area is in the third category main strain state.
