The invention provides a union yarn of terylene fibers, vinylon fibers and cotton fibers, and a production method thereof. The union yarn comprises the following components by mass percentage: 60-75%of terylene fibers, 15-25% of vinylon fibers and 10-20% of cotton fibers. Since the union yarn of terylene fibers, vinylon fibers and cotton fibers fully combines the favorable properties of terylenefibers, vinylon fibers and cotton fibers, the respective defects are eliminated. The fabrics made of the union yarn have the advantages of high acid resistance, alkaline resistance, strength, heat resistance, elasticity, wrinkling resistance, wear resistance, hydroscopic property, ventilation property and dyeing property.
