A compressed tablet comprising granules containing atazanavir sulfate and un0,1 to 10% based on the total weight of the compressed tablet of an intragranular lubricant, said granules having an interior section and an exterior surface and wherein at least a portion dellubricante intragranular is present in the interior section of the granules; wherein the seselecciona intragranular lubricant from the group consisting of magnesium stearate, zinc stearate, calcium stearate, acidoestearico, palmitic acid, sodium stearyl fumarate, sodium benzoate, sodium lauryl sulfate, glyceryl monostearate, glyceryl palmitostearate, oil hydrogenated castor oil, hydrogenated vegetable oil, mineral oil, decarnauba wax, polyethylene glycol and mixtures thereof.
