Disclosed is a replacement-free non-aqueous nano coolant for a central air-conditioning and an industrial cycle heat exchange system. The coolant is made of a non-acqueous nano fluid; the fluid is formed by hexamethylene yetramine, citric acid, ammonium citrate, dihydric alcohol and nanoparticles, has a high boiling point and a high thermal conductivity, and has no evaporation loss, corrosion, scaling formation or breeding problems of microorganisms and algae during repeated heat exchange processes; and the coolant can be used for a long time without replacement, operation management and maintenance of a system are simplified, and the comprehensive cost is reduced.
