On the College English Teacher Construction from the Perspective of College Students

This paper aims to do a survey on the status of of English teachers construction in college from the aspect of college students, trying to understand the students attitudes towards the quality of college English teachers and their expectations. Then, the author sums up some suggestions, in the hope of providing a useful reference for the college English teachers construction.
