A substituted pyrazole compound or a salt thereof, represented by the following formula ** (Formula) ** in which: R1 represents a group of any one of the following formulas i) to viii): i) -CH ( OH) -CH (R4) - (A) n ii) -CH = C (R4) - (A) n iii) -CH2-CH (R4) - (A) n iv) -CO-B1-AY v) -A-B2-CH (R4) -Y vi) -A-CH (R4) -B2-Yvii) -CH (OH) -CH = C (R4) -and viii) ** (Formula) ** in A is an alkylene group of C1-C6 alkyl, Y is an aryl group (this aryl group may be optionally substituted by a halogen atom, an alkyl group of C1-C6, an alkoxy group C1-C6, an amino group or a nitro group), a cycloalkyl group or a heteroaryl group, R4 is a hydrogen atom or a group C1-C6, B1 is a group -CH (R4) - or -N (R4) - group, B2 is a -CH (OH) -, -CO- group or a -O- group, n is 1; R2 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group of C1-C6 [this alkyl group C1-C6 may be optionally substituted by a hydroxyl group, an amino group, or a group mono- oo DDI (C1-C6) amino] or an aralkyl group; R3 represents a phenyl group (this phenyl group may be optionally substituted by a halogen atom, a trifluoromethyl group or an alkylenedioxy group C1-C6) or a pyridyl group; and Q represents a pyridyl group or a quinolinyl group.
