RESEARCH ON THE PRINCIPLES,METHODS AND PROCESS OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION OF PROTECTION OF COASTAL WETLANDS IN JIAOZHOU BAY

On the bases of classifying the coastal wetlands and researching the situation of coastal wetlands degradation in Jiaozhou Bay,the authors think that the governmental departments should construct coastal wetland conservation and coastal wetland parks,develop circulative economy and manage strictly the utilization of the coast and sea to protect and rational use the coastal wetlands in Jiaozhou Bay.Furthermore,the authors take the community participation as an important aspect of protection and rational use of the coastal wetlands in Jiaozhou Bay.The authors also put forwards the primary countermeasures of community participating of protecting and rational using the coastal wetlands in Jiaozhou Bay,such as establishing the organizations of community participation,investigating the communities' need of resources of coastal wetlands,boosting projects of rational suing of resources of coastal wetlands,collaborating of the relations of communities and coastal wetland managing organizations,expanding the scopes of community participation,publicizing and educating on the importance of community participation in protection of the coastal wetlands in Jiaozhou Bay,etc..
