Heat-resistant photodiffusion polypropylene composition and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a heat-resistant photodiffusion polypropylene composition and a preparation method thereof. The composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 92.7-96.2% of polypropylene, 2.0-5.0% of photodiffusion agent, 0.5-1.0% of industrial processing oil, 0.1-0.5% of antioxidant, 0.1-0.3% of photostabilizer and 0.1-0.5% of transparent modifier. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the composition, which comprises the following steps: 1. weighing the raw materials in percentage by weight; and 2. uniformly mixing the polypropylene and technical white oil in percentage by weight, adding the rest of components in percentage by weight into a high-speed mixer, mixing, discharging, and carrying out extrusion and granulation by a double screw extruder, wherein the extrusion temperature of the double screw extruder is 180 DEG C, and the speed is 300 rpm. The cost of the heat-resistant photodiffusion polypropylene composition is much lower than that of photodiffusion PC (polycarbonate), PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) or any other material; and thus, the composition is applicable to the field of home appliances and the like.
