Training methods and management of refresher nurses in operating room

Objective To discuss the training method and management strategies for refresher nurses.Method The strategies included using gradual and stratified training and developing personalized training plan,multiple teaching methods and strict examination system.Result Refreshed nurses were more satisfied with the teaching methods and with a higher rate of excellence in the graduation examination.Conclusion The strict control system,the multi-level teaching methods and the personalized management utilization could be key to the success of the training.
